Broadband Club Competition Terms and Conditions (April 2025)
1. Promoter Information
The promoter of this competition is Broadband Club (“the Promoter”), operating under the domain broadbandclub.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
- This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Broadband Club, their immediate families, and any associated companies are excluded from entering.
3. Entry Requirements
- Entry is free of charge and is obtained by subscribing to the Broadband Club newsletter.
- By subscribing to the newsletter, entrants are automatically entered into this and all future competitions promoted by Broadband Club.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification.
4. Competition Period
- The competition will run from 3rd April2025 to 30th April 2025.
- The closing date for entries is 11:59 PM on 30th April 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. Prize Details
- The prize for April 2025 is a £25 Amazon voucher.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
- The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
- The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided during subscription.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, Broadband Club reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Future Competitions
- Subscribers to the Broadband Club newsletter will automatically be entered into future competitions unless they unsubscribe.
- By remaining subscribed, entrants agree to the terms and conditions of all future competitions.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
- Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and future marketing communications from Broadband Club.
- Data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Broadband Club accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or not received for any reason beyond its control.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
10. General Terms
- Broadband Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- Entry into this competition is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
