Broadband Comparison in the UK
Broadband Club lists hundreds of broadband deals that cover 99% of the UK, in order to help consumers finder faster, cheaper deals. We really want to help you switch your broadband.
Our service is completely free to use and all we ask is that you tell your friends about us if you find a great deal! Most customers could save over £100 a year if they switched their broadband. It takes minutes to switch and you don’t even need to speak to your existing provider (due to One Touch Switch).
A large number of the broadband deals on our comparison site come from providers that incentivise switches by offering things like cash back, vouchers, reward cards or monthly discounts in the form of bill credits. Every now and then we also see free gifts like TVs and Soundbars, too!
Our list of providers is always growing and we strive to show as much of market as possible.
If you want, you can use the filters to show deals with shorter contracts like 12 months or even 1 month. We also list Broadband with TV deals from providers like Sky and Virgin.
Even though our great broadband deals are available all year round we do tend to see the best switching deals are in March and April, so make sure you sign up to our newsletter so that you get the best broadband deals sent to you every month.
Why would you switch broadband?
The most common complaint UK broadband customers have is poor internet connectivity, which can make tasks like streaming, gaming or downloading files super frustrating. Location in relation to the cabinet is likely the culprit here but you may also be on the wrong package, for the size of your household.
For example; ADSL broadband maxes out at about 17Mbps download speed. This means that not only would it take an absolute age to download anything of substance, you’d also have problems if multiple users were trying to use the broadband at the same time.
In this scenario, you’d be better off switching your broadband to something faster, with better capabilities like an FTTP product.
What’s FTTP?
FTTP Broadband is Fibre to the Property. As of May 2025, according to ThinkBroadband 77.4% of the UK can get Full Fibre to their property.
It provides speeds from 100Mbps to 1000Mbps and is incredibly useful for gamers, streamers, large households and even small businesses!
As the stats suggest, it’s not quite ready for everyone yet so use the postcode lookup tool at the top of the page to ee if you can get it.
Do you have a need, for speed?
Use this to gauge what kind of broadband user you are
For individuals that casually surf the web, check emails and social media a slower download speed will be suitable – 10-30Mbps
For users that watch a lot of Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC iPlayer, etc. – 30-70Mbps
If you download games or lots of files and need to do so in a hurry – 100Mbps – 200Mbps
If there’s a few people doing the same as above, then you might need 200-500Mbps
If you are a large household with gamers, streamers and maybe even a few people working from home 500Mbps-1Gbps may be required!

Why else would I switch providers?
The next complaint we hear the most is to do with the cost of broadband. More specifically, the out of contract costs and mid contract price increases. If you’re suffering with the former, it’s time to ditch and switch (you can re-use that phrase!). If you’re worried about the latter, you can use our tables to find deals with shorter contracts, or look for for providers that state No Mid Contract Price Rises.
